Founder and President of HR-Rx, a coaching and consulting firm established in 2005, Jeannie has a proven track record of helping individuals and teams who desire to live an empowered and re-energized life to identify and address blocks that are keeping them from achieving what they want, develop achievable action plans, and to build confidence to do whatever they set their mind to.
Jeannie partners with leaders at all levels of organizations to understand what is keeping them from achieving their goals and to increase their value by energetically building a new strategic perspective and approach to making deliberate remarkable choices. Jeannie focuses on maximizing human potential for individuals and teams by overcoming personal and professional challenges that have prevented the integration of effective processes, programs and practices. This in turn helps individuals and organizations to maintain a strong competitive advantage by increasing awareness of current potential to take positive, purposeful action, achieve success and increase level of engagement.
